Angela Blake is the Managing Director of HR Imperative. Anglea is a successful Human Resources professional with over 25 years experience.

Prior to establishing HR Imperative, she worked in senior roles across a number of markets and sectors including Not For Profit organisations, Professional Services, Finance and Banking, Manufacturing and the Australian Federal Public Service.

Angela has a business focused, practical and highly consultative approach which enables her to identify core issues, develop strategies and deliver solutions, ensuring a balance between business and HR requirements.

Angela is well acknowledged for her expertise in Executive Coaching. She is passionate about developing strategies and programs focused on leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, values, community, change management, reward and recognition. Angela holds a number of post graduate qualifications in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Executive Coaching and Counselling.
